The price of the artwork or collectible listed does not include GST. Shipping which will be charged as applicable depending on the shipping address provided by the buyer. Delivery within Mumbai is free.

Important details regarding the condition are mentioned with the description of the artwork or collectible along with images on the website. Additional condition report will be provided to the buyer on request. Images are a part of description. We try to provide maximum images and close-ups, especially of condition issues. We take great care to reproduce the colors of the original paintings and collectibles as depicted on the website. There may be apparent variations in shade and color. Buyers are welcome to visit our space to view and examine artworks.
No user shall be granted authorization to download images, data or any other information from the Mantissa Art website for the use of sale, display, circulation, mass communication, reproduction, publication or for any other means.
Shipments will be dispatched within 5 business days of receipt of full payment. Delivery takes usually between 5 to 8 working days to any location within India. International buyers may inquire prior to confirming purchase as shipping time may differ with location.
All paintings and prints will be mounted in a standard frame unless mentioned otherwise, and securely packed in a crate prior to shipping. However no claims for reimbursement of frames broken or damaged in transit shall be considered.
Buyers can opt for transit insurance for which Mantissa Art will provide assistance. If the product is damaged when it reaches you, exceptions should be noted immediately on the Airway Bill copy to be retained by the courier shipping company and by yourself. Please also make appropriate remarks on the delivery sheet of the concerned courier company personnel making the delivery and inform Mantissa Art immediately by sending us email at mantissa.art@gmail.com. Mantissa Art will not be held liable for damage or loss of package by the Courier/Shipping Company.
